Sub: Monitoring of NSS Unit – reg.

The NSS cell of Directorate of VHSE started to visit units to evaluate the performance of your regular activities and Special Camp. So you are requested to maintain/complete the following items.

1. The records (Minutes book, enrolment register, attendance register, cash book, etc…)

2. AEP before 30th January. (Topics as per given module)

3. Work diary of volunteers for verification.

4. Create email id & blog, and send the address to nssvhsempm@gmail.com

The authorities from KSACS may visit your unit to monitor AEP activities. The volunteers who have not stayed at night are not eligible for grace mark / certificate.
